Meet Five People

Hello Everyone,

This month, we'll be meeting The Five People You Meet in Heaven. We might be surprised, might not. We might like them, might not. We might remember them, might not. We'll find out in the coming weeks.

Be nice!

Nothing to do with FIVE PEOPLE....
but....
rumor has it that Colin Farrell will be in the film version of A Home at the End of the World?

It's not rumor; he's in it, as Bobby. And they had to edit one of his scenes because it was so distracting to test audiences.

The film comes out July 23 in NY and LA, and elsewhere soon after. I'm looking forward to seeing how they translate the book to film, and since Michael Cunningham worked on the script, I'm guessing it won't completely butcher the source material.

arg...
i'm not into this guy, Colin Farrel,
i can't imagine him as Bobby... :(

I want to encourage everyone to read The Five People You Meet in Heaven even if they don't plan on participating in the discussion. It's a quick read and teaches a wonderful lesson about life. I loved it!

I totally LOVED Five People. This book left me thinking about every person I come into contact with & the effect they have on me and vice versa.

I enjoyed it so much that I bought it for a friend.

Please, no more comments on whether you liked Five People or not.... :/
The discussion doesn't start yet.
Thank you.

OKay, I finally got a book read on time.... I've got to figure this scheduleing thing out.... See y'all next Monday ;)

see you! ;)
