FAQ
Q. Do I have to be a member to participate in the discussions?

A. No. Everyone is welcome to jump in, but we're not liable for damages if your fragile ego gets crushed.
Q. If I can discuss without joining, then what's the point in joining?

A. If you join, you'll be able to post to the main page or volunteer to host a book, which builds character as the other members question your taste in literature and ask you point-blank why you made them read several hundred pages of crap.
Q. When do you have your discussions?

A. Discussions are held during the last full week of each month. Unless there's a holiday. Or if the mistress is on vacation. Or no one has volunteered to moderate that month. On second thought, your best bet is to check the homepage.
Q. How do I join?

A. It's easy. Simply send an e-mail to mistress at bookblog dot net. If you appear genuinely enthusiastic about reading, use good grammar, and beg a lot, she might invite you to join.
Q. How do you decide which books to read?

A. It depends. Sometimes magic 8-ball. Sometimes psychic hotline. It's all a matter of which voices are talking that day.
Q. Why wasn't your site updated today?

A. It might be a discussion week. No new posts are added when we're discussing a book, so check the comments on that post to see what's going on. It's also very possible that we might be too lazy to think of anything to post.
Q. I'm a publisher and I'd like to send you something to review. Where should I send it?

A. Although we can't guarantee that we'll review your item, we do like getting free stuff. Our mailing address is:

PO Box 324
Budd Lake, NJ 07828
Q. I just published my first novel at www.imanauthornow.com. Will you read it?

A. Don't get your hopes up.
